 Sorry i haven’t been posting for a while, iv actually been really busy with work & guests and just haven’t got the hang of blogging yet. My newly married cousins came to visit us for a few days, so i was super busy showing them about. So no worries peeps, a lot of new posts are under construction and coming your way very soon 8). An exciting review is coming up next. It would've been posted by now if i hadn't accidentally deleted the draft i saved ..SOB 8'(. Anyway Alas! whats done is done!

Pretty Valentines Look

Hey Beauties!

This look turned out a lot prettier than I was expecting it to and I really enjoyed doing it. It’s a very soft look with warm tones of brown and rosy coral. I think this would be perfect as a sweet/pretty Valentines look, or for a first date. The winged out and slightly smudged liner on the lower lash line gives it softness yet keeping that subtle sexiness alive. I initially paired this look with a nude pink lip and a hint of gloss. However, those lips were a bit too subtle for my taste so I vamped it up with a pink high sheen lipstick and also blended a bit of kryolan aqua color in the outer corners for some definition. Hope you guys try it out! The list of products used is given below.

 Eyes & Cheeks:

• ·         Precious Metals in ‘Enchanted’ by Luscious; The Red color (used wet) on center of the lids, and The Champagne color as an inner corner, brow bone & Cheek highlight
• ·         4U2 Gemtone Quad in ‘Amber’; Dark Brown (outer corner & Crease)  & a hint of the Medium beige (inner one-third of eye)
• ·         Victoria Secrets Blush Trio in ‘Afterglow’
• ·         Kryolan Aqua Color 071 as eyeliner

Lips:

• ·         Soft Lip: NYX lip Gloss Palette in ‘The Perfect Everyday Colors’ with MAC Lustreglass in Love Nectar
• ·         Slightly Bolder Lip: YSL Lipstick ‘Fard à Lèvres Rouge Pur in Rose Organza 125’; Kryolan Aqua Color 071 blended towards the center in the outer corners.

Mask: "Rouges En Fleurs"

Hello!

Welcome to my very first Blog post ever! 8).

I was sitting around lazy one evening and this is what i came up with. My inspiration was this very abstract eyeliner look i saw on You Tube [which i would've linked here if only i could find it... sigh! 8/ ]. After applying my foundation, I blended a silver grey eyeshadow on my forehead also bringing the color a little below my temple area. I then traced the abstract branches, rosebuds and leaves with 'Kryoloan Aqua Color' using a Kryolan professional art brush in Art. 3501. Then for the leaves i used a pearl green eye pencil as a base before applying a shimmery green eyeshadow over it to make the color super bright. For the rosebuds i used the same lip color as used on the lips. To complete the look i slightly outlined my lips (on the cupids bow and outer corners) with the Kryolan aqua color and blended it inwards. & Voila! The look is complete. Enjoy!
